Palazzo Marini, a Four Seasons Hotel

Palazzo Marini, a historic 17th-century complex, occupies a major block of Piazza San Silvestro. Situated in the heart of Rome, a short walk from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, this space will be transformed into a Four Seasons Hotel, restoring and reshaping the character of the historic Palazzo and surrounding square.

The interiors will be designed by French architect Joseph Dirand with the monumental symmetry, restrained ornamentation, and quintessentially Roman materials of Augustan classicism. The vaulted spaces, columns, and carefully proportioned volumes of the Palazzo will evoke the clarity, permanence, and civic grandeur that defined Rome at the height of its power.
