Seaway at The Surf Club, a Four Seasons Residence
Seaway, situated on the north end of The Surf Club, features two Perla stone structures with exterior and interior details that maintain a purposeful and elemental connection to the surrounding landscape. From its sensuous façade to its sculpted sea-view terraces to its generously scaled interiors of wood and brass, Seaway speaks about luxury to a few—and in a new way.
Classic European modernism meets contemporary ease and comfort here, translated into homes that have a sense of timelessness. The 34 homes were masterminded from the inside out by Joseph Dirand to achieve a purity of expression almost unheard of in building today. Befitting its intimate size, The Surf Club Residences offers state-of-the-art amenities through its neighbor resort The Surf Club, which also contains a Four Seasons hotel.
Between the properties flows a natural landscape of tropical vegetation laid out by esteemed Belgian landscape designer Peter Wirtz. Dirand explains. “We are trying to develop Seaway for people as though it were one incredible house.” And it is.
