Seaway at The Surf Club

The Residences at Seaway, situated on the north end of The Surf Club, feature two stone structures with exterior and interior details that purposefully maintain an elemental connection to the surrounding landscape.

The boutique collection of homes, designed by Joseph Dirand, combine classic European modernism with contemporary ease and comfort under a standard of timeless, enduring quality. The combined 34 residences, behind the sensuous stone and glass facade, are enhanced with sculpted ocean-view terraces and generously scaled interiors.
