Miami Design Residences Designed by Chipperfield

At the heart of Miami’s Design District, Miami Design Residences Designed by Chipperfield sets a new benchmark in architectural integrity and cultivated living. Fort Partners has assembled the highest caliber of talent–from Pritzker Prize-winning architect David Chipperfield to the Paris-based interior design studio RDAI and landscape architecture by Perry Guillot–to create a 25-story of 143 residences defined by clarity, permanence, and refined materiality, resulting in a collection of beautifully appointed homes that are as culturally resonant and elegant as they are welcoming and comfortable.

The property comprises two towers, the residences in one, and a Fouquet’s Hotel, which will service and manage the residences, in the other. Together, they offer over 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities supported by signature Fouquet’s hospitality.
